Orange County Engagement Session: Katy & Jim

Katy and Jim are getting married in March, and I recently shot their engagement photos in Newport. I've know Katy since the 2nd grade, and I'm really happy I got to be a party of their engagement. Its nice when you get to photograph two awesome people, then go out for Mexican food and margaritas after wards!






We discovered it is amazingly difficult to kiss on a moving carousel. Seriously, it took them about 5 tries, and I was really impressed when they finally landed one!








Katy mentioned that they originally wanted me to photograph their wedding, but decided they'd rather have me be able to drink and dance. Talk about a good friend :) Congrats Katy and Jim!
