Alex & Gareth-San Jose Engagement Photos

Alex is one of my best friends, she's getting married in Sonoma in
July, and I'm soooo excited. She is amazing and wanted me to actually get to attend a wedding for once (I normally end up shooting them all), so I recommended another great photographer to shoot the wedding instead, and I get to drink champagne and dance the night away. I'm super excited, but after shooting some photos for them for their save the date, now I'm wishing I'd get to photograph their wedding too! How gorgeous of a couple are they??? Congrats Alex and Gareth! Can't wait for the wedding!

Nora portraits

Some kids LOVE having their picture taken and just smile away, posing (maybe a little too much sometimes...) and in general just having a ball. Other kids...not so much. I think Nora allowed me to take maybe 5-10 minutes of photos, which I totally understand as there was important playing that needed to be done. She's hilarious and adorable though, so I'm glad I was able to distract her from the playground for a little bit to get a few photos for her parents. Then we got to play tag, go on the slide and ride bikes home. I'd say it was pretty successful.
