Maggie and Matt are pretty adorable. I mean...just look at them. You can tell how much they honestly love to be around each other, and they just have FUN together. Plus they know how to throw a pretty amazing dance party, and they get down on the dance floor. The parents, grandparents, and even pregnant ladies were busting a move.
The ceremony took place at the church and school Maggie attended while growing up, Saint Joseph's church in Alameda. And the reception took place at the gorgeous Olympic Club in San Francisco.
Thanks to Rebecca for 2nd shooting with me, and congrats to Maggie & Matt!!
Enjoy! :)
D
After the ceremony we tried to stop by the beach for some portraits, but unfortunately it was freakishly windy. Matt LOVED it. Can't you tell?!

Mt Tam Engagement Photos- Morgan & Joe
I like these guys. They are fun, crack each other (and me!) up, and are down for anything. Me: "So where I want to shoot is just down this steep muddy hill, follow me" ... Morgan & Joe "Ok! Here..let me help you carry your gear". Yup. Like I said, they are pretty awesome :)
I can't wait for their wedding in Mendocino this September. There will for sure be some amazing portrait locations. Plus I get to hang out with them more, which I'm definitely looking forward to.
These photos started at Fort Baker and ended where they had their first date, at Mt. Tam. I'm continually amazed at the gorgeous locations we have in the Bay Area! Enjoy!

San Francisco Boudoir Photography
I've recently started shooting boudoir sessions, and let me tell you, they are a blast. I like to book a few in a day, so that I can rent out a hotel room and have a hair and makeup artist come in to get everyone dolled up. It's basically a day filled with champagne, lipsticks, picking out clothing, and listening to the Britney Spears Pandora station. In case you didn't know, Britney Spears music is scientifically proven to make you feel more comfortable being in very little clothing in front of other people. The same is true for champagne (you probably already knew that one).
I photographed 6 girls the weekend I shot these photos, and rather than do a huge post of boudoir at once, I figured I'd spread the sexy around a bit and post 1 girl at a time randomly over the next month few weeks. So one day when you check the blog expecting to see a wedding or engagement session, you'll be looking at photos of women in their underwear instead. You're welcome.
Any ladies out there that are interested in a session like this, let me know and I'll give you the details! I'd LOVE to shoot more! (side note....boudoir photos are ONLY posted online with the subject's permission)
First up, the gorgeous Perry! And thanks to Deanna Roman for the amazing hair and makeup!
